I followed your advice and cleaned my gas logs. After 10 years they were nasty (they didn't look it until I got in there and started pulling off the logs) but they are now working perfectly. I will remember you whenever they need to be replaced and I will send you a customer whenever possible.

I wanted you to know what a great employee you have in Jonathan. We ordered cushions back in July and had some problems with them draining and drying properly. Jonathan has been very helpful getting the problem resolved. From my understanding, the company that made the cushions has had financial difficulties and their fate is up in the air at the moment. I truly appreciate you guys backing the products you sale and offering me a refund, even when it was the manufacturers fault. I have decided to wait to see if the manufacturer will honor their warranty in lieu of getting a refund at this time, but promise, whatever happens, to order from you guys again.
